How do you change a headlight bulb on a 2003 Toyota Celica GT?

Under the plastic covering the headlight there is a lot of fog and condensation and I want to clean it off, so how do I take off the plastic that covers the headlight?How do you change a headlight bulb on a 2003 Toyota Celica GT?Seem to be seal is wear off

The way to open that

1. There is four screws at the back of

the headlights and unscrew them

2. Pull the headlight and dry it

by wiping or heat of the sun or

anything that can release the fog

3. Buy silicon and seal the headlight

gap with silicon and let it dry for a hour

This will help kept away fog
