1995 Isuzu Rodeo how to change the headlight bulb?

There are wires over the bulb end that sticks out the back that don't seem to want to be unattached. They seem to be pressure-fit but won't pop away. Otherwise the setup seems the same as my old Ford Escort... twist the bulb casing and pull it out, stick the new bulb in and twist.
