Thanks2005 Maxima headlight bulb change?You have to turn the gray ring. It's a locking ring so turn it till it releases then pull the bulb and it will come out. Place the new bulb in and then replace the ring and all the parts removed

2005 Maxima headlight bulb change?
THIS IS A NON-HID!!! HAS 9012 HIR BULBS!! I already know how to get to the bulb. I have the gray cup.. housing.. protector thing off the back of the light. My question is about the gray ring over the bulb. Does that come off to pull the bulb or does the bulb turn and come out through the slots in the gray ring? I don't want to break anything, any hints?
